Custom 3D Printing · Vietnam
ForgeX Studio is a 3D printing workshop in Vietnam. We turn photos, sketches and rough ideas into physical objects — pet figurines, character models, personalised keychains, home decor and small production runs. You don't need an STL file or any 3D modelling skill. Tell us what you want; we handle the rest.
What we make
Most of our work is one-off and personalised — but the same workshop also handles repeat batches for businesses.
Send photos of your pet or a person; we sculpt and print a figurine. The most requested — and most gifted — thing we do.
Figures, busts and display pieces, printed in matte or silk finishes so layer lines all but disappear.
Names, logos, dates, inside jokes. Small, affordable, and the easiest way to test us out.
Planters, vases, desk organisers, lamps and wall pieces — printed in colours you choose.
Prototypes, jigs, brand merchandise and repeat runs. Send a drawing or a sample and we'll quote per unit.
A broken clip, a missing knob, a bracket that doesn't exist. Measure it, photograph it — we'll make it.
How it works
This is the part most 3D printing services get wrong: they ask you for a file you don't have. We start from whatever you've got.
Message us on Zalo with a photo, a sketch, a link, or just a description. Rough is fine — we'll ask the questions that matter (size, colour, how it will be used).
We send back a quote and, for custom work, a preview of the model. Nothing goes onto a printer until you've said yes to both.
Printed in our workshop, cleaned up by hand, packed with shock protection and shipped. Domestic delivery across Vietnam; international shipping quoted on request.
Why ForgeX
Our own machines, our own material stock. Nothing is farmed out, so nothing gets lost in translation.
Photos and descriptions are enough. We do the modelling — that's the whole point of hiring a workshop.
Tough PETG for things that get handled, matte PLA for models that need to look moulded. We pick, and we explain why.
Files and photos you send are used for your order only — never resold, never printed for anyone else.
Questions go to the people who run the printers, not a call centre. Usually within the same day.
If a piece arrives faulty or doesn't match what you approved, we reprint or refund. See our policy pages.
Materials
We'll recommend one of these based on where the object lives and how it gets used. If you have no preference, we choose — and tell you what we chose.
| Material | Strength | Heat | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| PLA+ | Good | ~55°C | Figurines, decor, indoor display pieces |
| Matte PLA | Good | ~55°C | Character models — hides layer lines, looks moulded |
| Silk PLA | Fair | ~55°C | Gifts and vases with a glossy, metallic sheen |
| PETG | High | ~75°C | Things that get handled, outdoor use, planters |
| TPU | Flexible | ~70°C | Phone cases, gaskets, anything that needs to bend |
Send a photo or describe the idea. We'll come back with a price and a plan — usually the same day, at no cost.

No. Photos, sketches or a written description are enough — we build the model for you. Having an STL file is welcome but never required.
Yes, on request. Shipping cost and time depend on destination and parcel size, so we quote it together with the item. Message us with your country and we'll price it up.
It depends on size, material and how much modelling work is involved. Small keychains start low; a detailed pet figurine costs more. Quotes are free and there's no obligation.
Small items are typically printed in 1–2 days, larger or fully custom pieces in 2–7 days, plus shipping. Rush jobs — tell us your deadline before you order and we'll say honestly whether we can meet it.
We reprint it or refund you. Faulty prints and shipping damage are on us — see the warranty and returns policies linked in the footer.
Yes. We run small-batch production for merchandise, prototypes and parts. Send the drawing, sample or spec and the quantity you need, and we'll quote per unit.
